Hi! My name is Sarah Young, and I am the owner of Construct Financial. I graduated from Central College in 2016 with a double major in Business and Accounting. My career started with an internship at a small company in the construction industry. For over 8 years, I had the privilege of having a front row seat to the company tripling in size and became their CFO. From there, I became a senior accountant at a large manufacturing company where I gained valuable skills but soon figured out that I have a passion for small businesses and helping small businesses succeed. I also had many cherished relationships from the construction industry that were struggling to find services that went beyond standard bookkeeping, actually kept them out of the office, and not being able to say how their business was actually doing. This bothered me, and this was the beginning of Construct Financial.
